SEPTEMBER 15, 2003 UPDATE: In February, we conducted our first ever National Beatles survey, sent out to everyone on our Mailing List. Nearly 150,000 survey cards were sent out and we have tabulated the results from the more than 15,000 respondents! The survey asked for your Favorite Beatle, Beatles Song, Beatles Era, Solo Beatles Song and your age bracket. The results of the top Solo Beatles Songs can be heard this Sunday, June 22nd on Joe Johnson’s Nationally Syndicated Beatle Brunch. He is now heard in over 80 markets. The top Beatles songs special aired on September 7th.

A CLOSER LOOK AT THE TOP 36 SONGS FINDS A NEARLY EXACT BREAKDOWN OF EARLY (1963-MID 1965), MIDDLE (LATE 1965-1967) AND LATE(1968-1970) PERIOD BEATLES.
IN THE TOP 20 SONGS, 9 1/2 WERE WRITTEN BY JOHN, 8 1/2 BY PAUL AND 2 BY GEORGE.
