  1. Hello I keep hearing that there will be a “Let It Be DVD” as well as a Geroge Harrison DVD biography directed by Martin Scorcesse released. Can you tell me when these two items will be availble. I would greatly appreated any input, since I have been waiting for the Let It Be DVD for some time. This would really complete my DVD collection on the Beatles movies. Thanks again and thanks for keeping the Beatle fest going.

  2. No word at all about Let It Be DVD. The Martin Scorcese film on George will probably be in theatres late next year, with the DVD to follow sometimes after that.

  3. Paul and Ringo do not want the Let It Be movie released on DVD because it shows too much conflict and discord in the band. The would prefer it to be remembered during happier times.

  4. I am Glad EMI is Releasing All Things Must Pass on Vinyl.
Maybe we should Write Metro Goldwyn Mayer and prssure them to re release it on DVD?

  5. Dear Mark/Fest,

This ATMP reissue would be great if on CD as well….We can’t complain about reissues even though we would all love to see “Magical Mystery Tour” and “Let It Be” on DVD/Blu-Ray. This past month has been awesome with all the reissues- The Red and blue and Band on The Run reissues sound unbelievable! Happy Holidays to all see you in August at the Hyatt!

  6. Dear Mark/Fest,

I was wondering if you knew weather or not The Surviving Beatles and the widows Of John and George knew that Robert (Back To The Future) Zemekis was remaking the classic Beatles movie “Yellow Submarine” with Disney and do you think that they are going to use the Beatles music? What do you think about this idea to remake this movie?

  7. Hi Mark,
I ve been to the Beatlesfest in the past and I love it. Do you know if they are going re-release “Rockshow” on DVD?
    Thanks for your help!

  8. With a new record label – Concord – rereleasing all his solo CDs, I think there is a good chance they will release Rock Show as well. Time will tell
