The Grammy Awards are tonight, but many winners were already announced. The Beatles Original Studio Recordings won a Grammy for Best Historical Album. Paul won Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance for Helter Skelter off the Live at Citi Field CD. Congratulations!!

Reminding every George fan in So. Cal area, that I am organizing George tribute party on his b-day from 8:30-11:30 p.m. My friend Miriam generously paid for screenings of Help and Ed Sullivan, she is the owner of Rockin Fro Yo. I loved George for his selflessness, humor, gentle spirit and his great musicianship. He was far ahead of his time (yoga before anyone, Bangladesh years before We are the World), etc. Please come if you are a George fan…Corner of Santa Monica and Fairfax 2/25!!!! There is no comparison to George Harrison.
Kudos to Paul for Helter Skelter (live) and the Fabs for the 9-9-09 box set for winning Grammy’s last week. It was an awful broadcast as the 2 Fab winnings were not announced until after the show. Shame on the Grammy’s for such an awful show!
again, all these years later, sir paul won another grammy. the best are the ones who are together for a brief time, and will always have an awesome fan base.
