Jack Oliver was President of Apple Records from 1969-1971. Oliver joined Apple in 1967 and worked with Beatles publicist Derek Taylor before becoming head of the label. During this time, Oliver also managed Mary Hopkin. After the Beatles broke up, Oliver partnered with Peter Asher as part of a management and production firm. Later on in his career, Oliver produced concerts and tours for The Eagles, James Taylor, Carole King, Cat Stevens, and others. From 1994-2001, Oliver was a personal advisor for actor Nicolas Cage. At present, Oliver is writing and producing and has multiple projects in the works.
